Shipping policy

Order Processing Time
As each piece at ITHI Couture is made-to-measure and crafted to order, please allow 10 days for production before your order ships. This is in addition to shipping transit time below.

Domestic Shipping (India)
We currently ship across India via Shiprocket/Delhivery/India Post etc. Standard delivery takes 3 days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Shipping charges if any are calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping
We are working toward shipping internationally. Once available, international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees levied by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer and not included in the order total. International delivery timelines will be provided at checkout once this option is live.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email/SMS to follow its progress.

Delays
While we make every effort to meet estimated timelines, production and shipping times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control (courier delays, customs processing for future international orders, festive-season volume, etc.). We'll keep you updated if your order is delayed significantly.
