Refund & Exchange Policy
At ITHI Couture, each piece is made-to-measure and crafted to order. Because of this, we handle returns and exchanges a little differently from standard ready-to-wear retailers.
Made-to-Order Items As garments are cut and stitched specifically to the measurements and specifications provided at the time of order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference once production has begun.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ithicouture@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos/video of the issue, and (where possible) an unboxing video. We will review each case individually and offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion, depending on the nature of the issue.
Order Cancellations Cancellation requests are accepted only within 24 hours of placing an order, before production begins. Once tailoring has started, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
Care & Wear Garments that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration are not eligible for return, exchange, or claim consideration. Please follow the care instructions listed on the product page.
Refund Timelines Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 30 days of approval.
